矿用多轴线车通过性能预测及仿真研究

摘要 矿用胶轮车因其特殊的功能和任务,多行驶在复杂和恶劣的环境下,为了能够适应多变的路况,必须研究其通过性能,以三轴线矿用胶轮车为研究对象,对通过性的几何参数进行分析,合理简化物理模型,利用多体动力学的方法研究多轴线车辆的动态通过性,以车辆位形变化和失效为评价内容进行仿真,对其他多轴线车辆的设计有一定的借鉴意义。 Mine tire vehicle because of its special functions and tasks, and generally travel in extremely complex and harsh environment, in order to be able to adapt to changing conditions, must study its performance, based on three axis for rubber tyred vehicle as the research object, through the analysis of the geometric parameters, reasonable simplified physical model, dynamic research methods by using the multi-body dynamics of multi axis vehicle through, in vehicle configuration changes and failure simulation evaluation contents, this research also has certain reference significance for other multi axis vehicle design.
