摘要 针对厚煤层、大采高采煤中,多层孔瓦斯抽采工艺特点,研制了一种大采高多层孔瓦斯抽采履带式钻机。主要对钻机的整体布局、伸缩式变幅机构、钻杆运输车、辅助上杆升降装置等技术进行了研究。通过型式试验验证了该钻机具有中心高0.8~3.5 m可调,方位角和倾、仰角调节范围广,调节方便可靠、自动化程度高、操作简单、运输方便等优点,且各关键部件设计合理,可靠性强,提升了钻机性能,提高钻进效率。 In mining thick coal seam and large mimng helglat are oroKen, mum-myer truce ~,x~ extraction process characteristics, and developed a kind of large mining height are broken gas extraction crawler drill rig. Mainly to drill the overall layout, telescopic rod on luffing mechanism, drill pipe transport vehicle, auxiliary equipment, such as technology is studied. The rig has high center is verified by experimental testing from the range of 0.8-3.5 meters is adjustable, azimuth and tilt, elevation the adjusting range is extensive, convenient adjustment and reliable, high ability of automation, simple operation, convenient transportation, key components and the design is reasonable, the reliability, improve the drilling performance, improve the drilling efficiency, reduce the drilling accidents.
