摘要
结合煤矿用重型铲板支架搬运车WC25EJ实例,通过Soild Works软件对驱动桥制动部分进行建模,并利用COSMOS插件对驱动桥制动弹簧的制动过程进行有限元分析,通过计算得出制动过程中弹簧应力分布。分别计算支架搬运车行车制动瞬间和驻车制动过程中的弹簧应力,为计算摩擦片预估寿命提供理论基础数据。
Combining coal with heavy shovel plate bracket van WC25EJ instance, by SoildWorks software part of the drive axle brake modeling and use COSMOS plug-drive axle brake springs braking finite element analysis, calculated by the brake during the spring stress distribution. Calculate bracket van brake and parking friction plates to provide brake moment during the spring stress, to calculate the estimated life of the a theoretical basis for data.
