摘要
对简化后的箕斗在装载过程中各面的受力情况进行理论分析,建立了箕斗柱段和锥段2部分压力与装载深度即装载量之间的力学方程。在此基础上,利用有限元分析方法ANSYS,对箕斗进行建模,按照理论力学方程分层加载,实现装载过程的模拟仿真。仿真得到的压力状态图展示箕斗装载过程中各面上各节点的应力分布情况,验证了理论研究的正确性,结合Matlab得到箕斗锥段侧板与斜板在满载时各节点位移量的曲线图,为箕斗的合理设计与改进提供了依据。
Simplified skip during loading of each plane stress condition were theoretical analysis, established the skip mechanics equation between stress and load the depth of each part. On this basis, using the finite element analysis method of ansys to skip modeling, according to the theoretical mechanics equations to stratified loading and realize the simulation in the process of loading.
