摘要 针对矿井通风机中磁悬浮轴承的工作条件,对转子的振动特性进行了理论分析与数值模拟。将磁悬浮转子假设为连续均匀的弹性体建立数学模型,根据转子运动微分方程推导出临界转速的求解方法。通过ANSYS/Workbench对转子进行模态分析,得出转子的各阶振型,并基于Matlab对不同临界转速下的转子刚度与阻尼进行数值模拟,结果表明,随着转速的增加,转子的柔性增大。 Vibration status of the magnetic bearing working condition in mine, theoretical analysis in the mine ventilator was and numerical simulation analyzed considering the was made on vibration characteristic, and then mathematical model was set up based on the hypothesis that magnetic suspension rotor was continuous and homogeneous elastomeric, thus the calculation method of critical speed can be obtained. After the simulation analysis of rotors with ANSYS/Workbench,their vibration model can be obtained, and the data of stiffness and damping were both being integrated by Matlab. It was discovered that flexibility of rotor increase along with the increase of rotor speed.
