摘要
基于齿轮啮合原理,提出了一种在有限元后处理中快速计算齿面接触应力的方法。对单齿啮合区域进行了计算,利用参数化编程语言APDL的循环语句对所有载荷步和啮合节点的接触应力进行分析,得到最大接触应力所在节点的编号,绘制出该节点接触应力的时间历程曲线。同现有方法相比,该方法实现了参数化,从而有效提高了计算效率,并为下一步进行详细的静力学分析奠定了基础。
Based on the theory of gear meshing, an efficient calculating method for the tooth contact stress in the FEM post module is achieved in this paper. The single tooth contact zone is calculated first. Using the loop statement in APDL, the contact stress in each load step and each meshing node is traversed in order to obtain the node number of the maximum contact stress. The time-history curve of the maximum stress node is drawn in ANSYS. Compared with the current methods, the parameterization of calculating the contact stress in transient dynamic analysis is realized, which can improve the efficiency and pave the way for static analysis in detail in next step.
