摘要
设计了基于槽轮机构的六工位回转工作台,并对其结构进行简化处理,运用UG软件对工作台进行了三维实体建模和装配,通过UG和ADAMS的数据交换接口将模型导入到ADAMS中建立了工作台的虚拟样机,通过对槽轮机构和齿轮机构的动力学分析并得到其角速度变化曲线,利用Matlab/Simulink对工作台进行响应分析,得到了系统的最佳响应曲线。为今后工作台的结构设计和动力学分析提供了参考。
Designing a six-station rotary tables based on geneva mechanism, which structure were simplified and handled. The 3D solid mechanism modeling and assembly of the kinematic mechanism in rotary table are made by using UG software, by the data exchange interface of UG and ADAMS, the model were transferred into ADAMS, and then built the virtual prototype. According to dynamic analysis of the Geneva mechanism and Gear mechanism, the varying curves with time of angle velocity are given out to verify the rationality of rotary table, using MATLAB/Simulink to analysis the responds of rotary table and get the best responded curve. The providing the reference for the structure design and dynamic analysis of rotary table in the future.
