摘要
轴类零件在设计时通过减少材料消耗以符合产品绿色制造的要求,而分析表明其工况是一个热固偶合的多场偶合形式。因此以某型号圆锥-圆柱齿轮减速器的输出轴为对象,通过建立热固偶合的有限元模型,以热固偶合的应力为约束条件,建立轴类零件的多场偶合优化参数模型,对其进行了优化。优化结果表明,采用该方法可以有效地减少轴类零件的材料损耗,为轴类零件的绿色制造提供了参考。
According to the requirement of achieving green manufacturing of shaft parts by reducing material consumption, it indicates that the shaft parts is working as a form of heat-solid coupling by analyzing. On this account a heat-solid coupled finite element model is established in the example of a particular output shaft of gear reducer. With the constraint conditions of heat-solid coupling stress a parametric optimization model for shaft parts is established, and the optimize result proves that the material consumed of shaft parts is greatly decreased, so the method provides reference for green manufacturing of shaft parts.
