摘要
以半截深双向截煤工艺为例,建立了一套以采煤机动态位置为参考的液压支架跟机自动控制数学模型,设计了基于CAN总线的具有在线热备份功能的三级网络控制系统。在此基础上,提出了一种新型动作控制模式和系统参数分层管理方案,使支架动作控制更加精确,系统参数管理更加灵活、可靠,提高了电液控制系统对复杂工况的适应能力。
With the example of narrow web and bidirectional mining, an automatic control model of hydraulic supports that based on tractive position of shearer is established. A control system with three- stage communication network based on CAN bus is designed, which has the function of online hot backup, on the basis of this, in order to improving the adaptability of control system, a new and advanced control method of hydraulic supports'movement and layer-management of system parameters is established, which make the movement more accurate and management of parameters more flexible and reliable.
