煤矿巷道因受矿压发生变形,需及时修复,而在煤矿巷道修复作业中,破碎岩石和突出物料是完成修复作业的必要步骤。针对现场实际情况并结合已有作业方式及设备的优缺点,设计开发了多自由度破碎锤工具单元,可安装在煤矿工程机械主机上完成破碎任务。通过现场工业性试验表明,作业能力范围以及作业的效率得到提高。
