多自由度破碎锤工具的设计与应用

摘要 煤矿巷道因受矿压发生变形,需及时修复,而在煤矿巷道修复作业中,破碎岩石和突出物料是完成修复作业的必要步骤。针对现场实际情况并结合已有作业方式及设备的优缺点,设计开发了多自由度破碎锤工具单元,可安装在煤矿工程机械主机上完成破碎任务。通过现场工业性试验表明,作业能力范围以及作业的效率得到提高。 Deformation may occur under the long-term mine pressure from underground, which results in the need of timely tunnel repairments. In the repairments, breaking of rock and protuberant material is a critical step. According to the practical situation and existing solution and devices, a multi-degree breaking hammer was developed in the design, and mine engineering equipment, thereby achieving the b has indicated the working performance and efficiency can be mounted on the mechanical body of coal reaking task. The practical application of the unit have been greatly improved.
