摘要
瓦斯抽采钻孔的封孔是煤矿瓦斯治理核心问题之一,钻孔封孔质量受制于封孔方法和封孔工艺。钻孔密封不严,导致煤层瓦斯流动压差减小,不利于瓦斯的快速排放,影响瓦斯抽采时间,同时大大降低了钻孔抽采瓦斯浓度。针对钻孔封孔质量存在的问题,采用一体化囊袋式两堵一注封孔装置新型封孔工艺,通过现场应用效果来看,应用矿井无论在穿层钻孔还是顺层钻孔,其钻孔瓦斯浓度均能抽采30%以上高浓度瓦斯,并保持着较低的衰减水平。
The hole sealing of gas drainage borehole is one of the core problems to control the coal mine gas. The quality of the hole sealing of the drilling is enslaved to the hole sealing method and sealing process. When the sealing of the drilling is lax, differential pressure of flow in the coal seam gas reduced, which is not conductive to the rapid discharge of the gas, influencing the recovery time of gas drainage and reducing the gas concentration of drainage borehole. For solving this problem, adopt a new sealing technology development project with the integration of bag type and one hole with two plugging device. According to the effects of the field application, no matter in the borehole or in the bedding hole, the drilling gas concentration of the application of the mine could drainage more than 30% high concentration gas and keep the lower attenuation level.
