根据矿井提升机的工作要求和最新的技术发展,设计了由触摸屏、PLC和变频器构成的矿井提升机控制系统,完成了系统的硬件电路、软件程序和触控画面的设计。实际工作效果表明调速过程平滑,实现了数字化、互联化的控制。
On the basis of the job requirements of mine hoist and the latest technological developments, the paper design of mine hoist control system consists of a touch screen, PLC and inverter constituted complete hardware circuit system, software programs, and the touch picture design. The actual work results indicate speed the process smooth realization of the digital, interconnected control.
