基于Simulink矿用自卸车平顺性建模分析

摘要 针对矿用自卸车整车平顺性进行研究,根据车辆的结构特点和工作环境特点,建立矿用自卸车整车8自由度振动微分方程组,采用Simulink搭建整车的平顺性动力学仿真模型;采用白噪声滤波法模拟时域内的随机路面,将得到的路面激励信号作用于整车模型,进行整车多工况的平顺性仿真。结果表明本文所建立的整车及路面激励Simulink模型适用性广,理论上适用于各种吨位的矿用自卸车及其他车辆,在工程实际中有很强的实用性和参考价值。 Ride comfort in mining dump truck is the object. According to the structural characteristics of the vehicle and the characteristics of the work environment, 8-degree-of-freedom vibration differential equations of mining trucks are derived, and the ride dynamics simulation model is built. The random road in time domain is simulated using white noise filtering method, and the obtained road excitation signal is used in the vehicle model, the ride simulation of vehicle with different load conditions is carried out. The results show that this established vehicle and road excitation wide applicability Simulink model, in theory, for a variety of tonnage mining trucks and other vehicles, there is a strong practical and reference value in engineering practice.
