摘要
针对轴承钢球表面质量的检测要求,设计了一种基于单片机控制的无损自动检测系统。根据轴承钢球的子午线展开机理,得出表面展开轨迹方程,并通过Pro/Mechanism对检测轨迹进行了运动学仿真。结合轨迹方程及单片机驱动原理,确立了系统硬件设计与软件控制方案,并对钢球检测信号进行波形实验验证,结果表明,该系统的检测效率及可靠性高,具有良好的应用前景。
According to the detection requirements for bearing steel ball surface quality, one kind of nondestructive detection system is designed based on single-chip microcomputer. On the basis of the meridian spread mechanism, the bearing steel ball surface trajectory equation is obtained, and the kinematics simulation was carried out through equation and microcontroller drive principle, the the software Pro/Mechanism. Combining trajectory system hardware design and software control scheme are finished, and waveform experimental verification of the steel ball detection signal is accomplished, the results show that the detection efficiency and reliability of the system is high, which has a good application prospect.
