摘要
针对目前我国煤矿井下超高水充填管道系统仍采用人工沿管线巡视的现状,设计了基于模糊专家系统的超高水充填管道在线监测及故障诊断系统。通过将模糊集合理论和专家系统相结合,对充填管道压力、超高水流量的在线监测和信号的处理与分析,实现了超高水充填管道的故障诊断。通过试验表明系统运行稳定,具有很好的工程应用价值。
For the current situation that China coal mine for the high-water filled pipe systems still use manual inspections along the pipeline, we designed a high-water filled pipe-line monitor and fault diagnosis system based on fuzzy expert system. By fuzzy set theory and expert systems combine, for filling the pipeline pressure and high water flow line monitoring and signal processing and analysis, it achieved high-water filled pipes failure diagnosis. Through experiments show that the system is stable and has good application of value engineering.
