摘要慢性自发性荨麻疹(CSU)是指无诱因反复发作风团和/或血管性水肿持续≥6周者,是慢性荨麻疹的主要类型。目前其发病机制尚未完全阐明,可能的因素涉及自身免疫、细胞异常、Th1/Th2细胞失衡、凝血异常及感染。其机制的复杂性决定其治疗的个体化。抗组胺药物仍是治疗CSU的首选药物,针对顽固性CSU,糖皮质激素、环孢素,尤其是奥马珠单抗对于一些耐组胺药的CSU有较好的应用前景。
