低压灌浆法处理地下室外墙混凝土裂缝

Using the low pressure grouting method treatment of concrete cracks of basement exterior wall

分析了混凝土内外温差、收缩等变形荷载引起的地下室外墙裂缝的特征,结合裂缝处理的依据和原则,对自动低压灌浆法处理裂缝的技术特点、主要材料、工艺要求进行了阐述,达到了良好的施工效果。

This paper analyzed the characteristics of basement exterior wall cracks caused by temperature difference inside and outside of con-crete,shrinkage deformation load,combining with the crack treatment basis and principle,elaborated the technical characteristics,main materi-als,process requirements of automatic low pressure grouting method treatment of crack,achieved good construction effect.
