Discussion on the construction technology of 25 m box girder precast

以某25 m箱梁预制施工为例,对预制箱梁底座制作、混凝土浇筑工序、预应力张拉压浆控制等施工工艺及操作要点进行了阐述,并提出了质量保证措施,既保证了箱梁预制的质量,又提高了箱梁预制的施工进度。

Taking a 25 m box girder precast construction as an example,this paper elaborated the construction technology and operation key points of precast box girder base production,concrete pouring process,pre-stressed tension pressure slurry control,and put forward the quality ensure measures,both ensured the quality of precast box beam,also improved the construction schedule of precast box girder.
