摘要 针对目前市场上传统的采用水涡轮驱动的绞盘式喷灌机存在的能耗大,对灌溉水泥沙含量要求高,调速装置结构复杂及PE管易牵折等问题,联合采用高性能光伏MPPT控制永磁无刷电机,基于DSP和ARM两款微处理器,借助现代传感检测、无线传输及可视化触控技术,设计了一种人机交互绞盘式太阳能喷灌机智能控制系统。通过对系统的性能测试验证表明:修正步长的P&O法能有效地提高系统MPPT速度和准确度,增加光伏组件转换率;系统调速性能平稳,动态响应快;系统工作性能可靠,灌溉质量高,推广应用前景广阔。 Because the traditional hose reel sprinkler driven by hydraulic turbine has the shortcomings of high energy and water consumption, high requirements for silt content of irrigation water, complex structure of speed regulating device and easy break of PE pipe of current market, this article designs an intelligent human-machine interaction control system of solar-powered hose reel sprinkler, of which the reel is driven through high performance photovoltaic brushless PM motor and hydraulic turbine based on DSP and ARM, and the modern sensor technology, wireless transmission technology and visual touch technology use are used. It's showed that variable step length P&O method can effectively improve the MPPT speed and accuracy, the system can provide a stable speed char acteristie and fast dynamic response and improve the conversion rate of PV module; the unit has high irrigation quality and reliable work performance through verifying the performance. In general, the system has broad application and promotion prospects.
