摘要
介绍一种智能开关设备电动系统的设计方案,设计硬件采用严格逻辑控制电路、电机正反转电路来对智能开关设备实现可靠的控制,采用校准过流电压电路来适应不同规格电机,采用RS 485数字通信接口电路,通信协议符合现场总线标准来实现系统组网构成分布式远程电动控制系统。软件采用冗余逻辑分析处理算法实现控制逻辑,从而可靠的实现对智能开关设备的本地及远程控制。在此分别从硬件和软件方面阐述了智能开关设备电动控制系统的设计方案。
A design scheme of electric system for intelligent switch equipments is introduced in this paper. The strict logic control circuit and motor positive inversion control circuit are adopted in the designed hardware to realize reliable control to intel- ligent switchgear equipments, over current voltage calibration circuit is adopted to adapt different specifications of motor. RS485 digital communication interface circuit is adopted in the design. The communication protocol accords with fieldbus standard to realize the system networking to constitute a distributed remote electric control system. The redundant logic analysis algorithm is adopted in the designed software to achieve the control logic, and then realize the reliable local and remote control for intelligent switchgear equipments. The design scheme of the electric control system of intelligent switchgear equipment is elaborated in the aspects of hardware and software.
