军事行动卫勤保障护理管理问题的分析及对策

Problem Analysis and Countermeasures of Nursing Management in Medical Support of Military Actions

目的加强野战医疗所卫勤保障护理管理,提高应急救援护士的实战能力。方法针对医院野战医疗所护理管理的薄弱环节,分析和阐述了应对非战争军事行动卫勤保障护理管理中的问题,提出相应的管理对策。结果通过认真分析应对非战争军事行动卫勤保障护理管理中的问题,采取相应的改进措施,近年来圆满完成了维和、抗洪抢险、抗击非典、抗震救灾、奥运安保、核化生事故救援、海上演练保障等应急救援工作。结论以军事斗争为龙头,以保障"打得赢"为立足点,平战结合,突出抓好战伤护理技术、重症监护、抢救技术及专科护理技术等工作,强化关爱野战指战员的理念和行动是提高卫勤保障护理管理水平的关键。

Objective To strengthen the nursing management in medical support of the field medical sta- tion,and to increase the ability of actual combat of the emergency rescue nurses. Methods Aiming at the weak link of field hospital nursing management, analyze and expounds the problems in response to the medi- cal support military action problems in nursing management, then corresponding management countermeas- ures were proposed. Results Through the problem analysis and took the corresponding management coun- termeasures, the task of peacekeeping, flood-fighting and emergency rescues, fighting against SARS, earth- quake relief work, Olympic security, nuclear accident rescue, maritime training, etc, were successfully eom- pleted.Conelusion The practice proved that treating military warfare as a leader, making sure the wining to be the foothold,combining the war and peace, attaching importance to nursing of war wound, critical care and rescue technology and nursing technology, and the idea and action of strengthen the care to the field players are the keys to improve the medical support nursing management level.
