摘要
本文介绍了薄荷酮改性粘胶纤维与牛奶蛋白改性聚丙烯腈纤维两种新型功能性纤维在婴童家纺产品中的应用与产品开发,包括原料选择、纺纱、织造以及染整工艺等。通过检测发现,两种产品的抑菌率均达到80%~99.9%,色牢度均在4级以上。
The paper introduces the applications of two kinds of innovative functional fibers, namely mentbone-modified viscose fiber and milk protein-modified polyacrylonitrile fiber, in developing baby＇s home-textiles, including the Selection of raw materials as well as spinning, weaving, dyeing ＆ finishing processes. Test results show that the products developed with both fibers have antibacterial rate up to 80% -- 99.9% and color fastness over Grade 4.
