基于现场总线的聚酯网热定形机控制系统

摘要 本文介绍了热定形机的工艺。针对热定形机现场分布设计了分散型SCADA系统,便于对过程数据进行采集和监控。针对被控对象过于分散的问题,设计了基于Profibus现场总线的集散控制系统(DCS)。下位控制系统通过Profibus-DP总线组成"一主五从",便于对离散型设备进行管理与通讯。上位监控系统通过现场总线RS485和Profinet与PLC进行通讯,对工艺流程进行监控与管理。在调试期间,该系统的动态和稳态性能均能够达到控制要求。目前该设备已经投入运行,企业也取得了很好的经济效益。 The paper introduces the principle of heat-setting machine. According to the distribution of heat- setting machine, the decentralized SCADA system is designed to collect and monitor the process data. To solve the problem that the controlled object is extremely scattered, a Distributed Control System (DCS) based on Profibus is devised. The control system is composed of one master and five slaves, which are connected via Profibus-DP field bus to facilitate the management and communication between distributed devices. The PC monitoring system is conununicated with the PLC via RS485 and Profinet field bus to monitor and manage the technological process. During debugging, both dynamic and steady-state performance of the system can meet the control requirement. At present, the equipment has been put into operation and the user has also made good economic benefits.
