飞机发动机起动系统在线检查仪的研制

针对飞机发动机起动系统电气附件多,排故困难的特点,分析了研制在线检查仪的必要性、在线测试的基本原理,总结了检查仪的硬件组成和软件设计特点,研制了发动机起动系统在线检查仪,实现了对发动机起动系统在线检测各条电气线路的电压、电流、通断及转换时间以及起动箱等重要设备的性能检测等工作。经部队应用证明,该检查仪拓宽了部队的维护深度,提升了排故、检查和修理能力,进而提高了飞机发动机起动系统的可靠性,保障了飞机训练及作战任务的完成。

In view of much electrical accessory of the plane engine starting system and its characteristic of difficult to eliminate faults, analyzed the necessity of researching on-line tester, fundamentals of on-line test, summarized its hardware components and software design, then manufactured on-line tester, achieved to test the circuit voltage, current, on-off judgement, transition time and testing the starting box. It is proved that the tester widened the maintain depth of military, improved the ability of scheduling faults, inspection and repair, then enhanced the reliability of plane engine starting system, ensured the task completion of training and fighting.
