摘要
信息化管理系统已经成为保障性住房工作的重要管理手段和决策辅助工具。随着保障性住房管理工作的进一步推进和深化,基于三维GIS的信息化管理成为保障性住房管理的重要手段。研究基于Arc GIS10.3和Oraclellg为技术平台的保障性住房的信息化系统设计,并给出了系统设计框架方案,从而实现保障性住房的申请、规划、建设以及管理的信息化和规范化。
Information management system has become an important management means and decision support tools of affordable housing work. As for the management of affordable housing to further promote and deepen, highlights important information management system of based on 3D GIS. In this paper, main research on design of affordable housing′s information system based on technology platform of ArcGIS10.3 and Oraclellg, and gives the system framework design, so as to realize.
