摘要
目的探讨复方中药对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法以小鼠外周血白细胞、免疫器官脏器指数、血清溶血素为指标进行免疫功能的测定。结果复方中药具有提高环磷酰胺致免疫功能低下小鼠外周血白细胞、增加免疫器官脏器指数、促进血清溶血素生成的作用。结论复方中药能增强环磷酰胺致免疫功能低下小鼠非特异性和特异性免疫功能。
Objective： To investigate the effect of compound traditional chinese medicine on the function of immune system in mice. Methods： Take white blood cell number, index of immune organs（thymus and spleen） and amount of hemonlytic antibody in serum as the target to determine the immunity function.Results：compound traditional chinese medicine can significantly enhance white blood cell number, and strengthen index of immune organs （thymus and spleen） in abdominal cavity of mice, and improve the production of hemonlysin in blood serum of mice. Conclusion：compound traditional chinese medicine can strengthen non-specific and specific immune function of mice which have low immune function leaded by cyclophosphamide.
