摘要
本文以河南能源焦煤公司九里山矿主井提升信号及自动装卸载系统为例,详细介绍了PLC控制系统在主井提升及自动装卸载系统中发挥的作用,并对系统特点进行总结归纳,通过改造提高了主井提升系统运行的可靠性,达到了减人提效的目的。
Taking the main shaft lifting signal and automatic loading and unloading system of Henan Energy Coking Coal Company Jiulishan Mine as an example, this article introduces the function of PLC control system and the summarizes the system characteristics. Through transformation, the reliability of the operation of lifting system of the main shaft is improved, saving human labor and improving efficiency.
