随着我国钢铁事业的发展,越来越多的新技术逐渐被运用到了炼钢领域中。其中,PLC自动控制技术在炼钢厂转炉系统的应用就是其中最具代表性的技术项目。由于转炉工艺具有检测参数多、设备动作频繁以及工艺复杂等特点,PLC技术在转炉工艺中的应用,能够在自动控制的基础上获得更为稳定、高效的生产效率。在本文中,将以某钢铁企业PLC控制在转炉上的应用案例进行一定的研究与分析。

With the development of iron and steel industry in China, more and more new technologies have been applied to the field of steelmaking gradually. Among them, the PLC automatic control technology is one of the most representative technology projects in the applicatinn of the steel converter system. Because the converter technique has many testing parameters, frequent equipment action and complex process, the application of PI,C technology in the process of converter is able to be more stable and efficient on the basis of automatic control. This article analyzes the application cases of PLC control in converter in a iron and steel enterprise.
