摘要
顶岗实习期是学生快速提升就业能力、及时修正自身生涯发展路径的"黄金时期",也是全程化职业生涯教育最重要的一个阶段。但在此阶段生涯教育的实施过程中,存在着学校管理难、企业培训少、学生自身不重视等多方困难。因此,有必要从校、企共同构建生涯教育全程化管理模式,共同组成多方参与的生涯辅导团队,分类型引导不同需求、不同专业的学生提升职业规划能力三个方面展开行动,以帮助学生完成对自我生涯的探索与最初职业方向的选择。
Substituted post exercitation is the "golden age" of students to rapidly promote employability and timely modify the career development path, it also is an important stage of the thoroughly career education. But in the implementation process stage of the career education, there are many difficulties, such as the difficult school management, less corporate training, students' indifference and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to build thoroughly management pattern of career education from school and enterprises, set up the common muhi- stakeholder career counseling team, guide the different requirements, students improve career planning ability to help students complete the exploration of self career and the selection of initial career direction.
