基于价值链的我国种业整合模式研究

面对跨国种业公司强有力的竞争,产业整合己经成为我国种业升级和发展的一个重要途径。我国种子产业整合有其阶段性特点,不宜盲目追求在短期内完成发达国家几十年才完成的整合过程。国外经验表明:在产业整合的早期,应该以横向整合为主。但是我国种业现阶段科研、繁种、推广和经营四个环节割裂,不利于我国种子行业的发展。因此,现阶段我国种业整合应该以横向整合为主,并在此基础上,以积极的方式推动纵向整合。

Faced to strong competition of foreign companies, industrial integration has become the dominant strategy of industrial and business expansion. The integration of the seed industry in China has its features, and it is not suitable to achieve the integration process of the developed countries in the short term. Foreign experience shows that the early industry consolidation should base on horizontal integration. But at the present stage of China seed industry, the four links of research, breeding, the promotion and operation are separated, it is not conducive to the development of seed industry. Therefore, at the present stage of Chinals seed industry, the horizontal integration should be given priority t0． Based on this, it is also necessary to promote vertical integration in a positive way.
