摘要 运用多维数据分析技术探讨古代针灸治疗中风半身不遂症的用穴规律。从先秦至清末涉及针灸治疗中风经络半身不遂症的相关文献中收集处方数据,录入古代针灸处方分析系统;利用多维数据分析技术,从经络、经络分部和特定穴三个维度、多个层次,获取腧穴使用频数分布情况,归纳并分析用穴规律。腧穴选用以曲池、肩髃、足三里、阳陵泉和合谷为主。经络选用以阳经为主;其中,足少阳胆经和手阳明大肠经最为常用,注重选用足少阳胆经和足厥阴肝经、手阳明大肠经和手太阴肺经两对表里经。正经选穴主要分布于上、下肢外侧部,督脉选穴主要分布于头部。古人注重选用特定穴,以五输穴为主,交会穴和下合穴次之;其中,五输穴以合穴为主。通过多维数据分析发现,古代选穴采用循经取穴和分部取穴原则,重视特定穴的使用。 The multidimensional data analysis technology was used to explore selection rules of acupoints for facial paraly-sis in ancient acupuncture treatment.After collecting acupuncture prescriptions of facial paralysis from the ancient litera-tures within a period of the pre-Qin to the late Qing dynasty, the prescriptions were input to an ancient prescription a-nalysis system.By use of the multidimensional data analysis technology, frequency analysis of acupoint selection was completed from three dimensions and several levels of meridians, parts and specific acupoints.The selection rules of acupoints were summarized and analyzed.Acupoints with the highest frequency were Quchi(LI 11), Jianyu(LI 15), Zusanli(ST 36), Yanglingquan(GB 34) and Hegu(LI 4).The selected meridians were given priority to Yang meridi-ans.Among them, the Gall Bladder meridian of Foot -Shaoyang ( GB ) and the Large Intestine meridian of Hand -Yangming( LI) were the most commonly selected.Two pairs of meridians were paid attention to,which had an exterior-interior relationship.The above meridians included the Gall Bladder meridian of Foot-Shaoyang(GB) and the Liver meridian of Foot-Jueyin( LR) , the Large Intestine meridian of Hand-Yangming( LI) and the Lung meridian of Hand-Taiyin( LU) .The selected acupoints of twelve meridians mainly distributed at the outer edge of the upper limbs and the lower limbs.The selected acupoints of the Governor vessel( GV) mainly distributed at the head.The selection of specific acupoints was paid attention to.Furthermore,Wushu points were the most commonly selected, and Jiaohui point and Xiahe point respectively were the second and the third.Among Wushu points,He point was most frequently select-ed.Through the multidimensional data analysis, it was obtained that the selection of acupoints followed the rules of divi-sion and following meridians in the ancient, and gave priority to the specific acupoints.
