电针治疗围绝经期综合征44例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Electroacupuncture on 44 Perimenopausal Syndrome Patients

目的:观察电针治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将44例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为电针治疗组(22例)和普通针刺组(22例),电针治疗组针刺双侧神门、足三里、三阴交及关元穴并以电针刺激,普通针刺组只对上述穴位针刺,两组每次治疗均为30min,隔日一次,1个月为1疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。治疗前后分别进行临床症状评分(Kupperman评分)及疗效指数计算。结果:电针治疗组总有效率95.5%,普通针刺组总有效率77.2%,统计学差异显著(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的Kupperman评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且电针治疗组在第二疗程后Kupperman分数下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:电针在改善围绝经期综合征患者症状方面明显优于普通针刺,且安全有效无副作用,临床值得推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture therapy on 44 perimenopause syndrome patients. Methods：Totally 44 patients were randomized into an electroacupuncture group（22 cases） and a regular acupuncture group（22 cases）.The electroacupuncture group was given electro-acupuncture on bilateral Shenmen（HT7）,Zusanli （ST36）,Sanyinjiao（SP6）and Guanyuan（RN4）;the control group was given a regular acupuncture,with 30min each time, once every other day,one month as a course for three courses.Record Kupperman score and effective index before and after treatment.Results：The total effective rate in the electroacupuncture group was 95.5% versus 77.2% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.The Kupperman scores in both groups had a dramatic decline after the treatment （ P＆lt;0 .05 ） , and in the electroacupuncture group the Kupperman score declined more obviously than that in the regular acupuncture group after two courses（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：The electroacupunc-ture therapy can more effectively relieve the perimenopause syndrome than regular acupuncture which is safe and has few side effects and should be promoted in clinic.
