摘要 采用砂磨方法制备纳米Zn O∶(Al,La)水分散液,试验中选用粒度分析、沉降试验以及Zeta电位等技术手段探讨了分散剂种类及其用量对Zn O∶(Al,La)分散性能的影响.结果表明:砂磨方法可有效地降低Zn O∶(Al,La)的粒径,并得到稳定的分散液.其中阴离子型分散剂聚羧酸钠因空间位阻和静电稳定双重作用对纳米粉体具有很好的分散效果.采用该分散液制备成涂料,再以该涂料制备的涂层棉织物有良好的红外隐身效果. An aqueous dispersion of nano-ZnO: (Al,La) was prepared by sand grinder. The effects of types and amount of dispersant on particle size and stability of ZnO: (Al,La) were discussed through particle diameter analysis, sedimentation experiment and Zeta potential methods. The results showed that the particle diameter could be effectively reduced by sand grinder and stable dispersion could be obtained. The anionic dispersant polycarboxylate exhibited the best dispensability due to its steric hindrance and electrostatic stabilization. The coated cotton fabric was prepared using the dispersion mentioned above, which demonstrated good infrared stealth performance.
