摘要
介绍一种涡流室式柴油机主燃烧室新型结构设计方案,即在缸盖底平面开设从通道口将燃气引向进、排气门凹坑的导流槽的新结构。并给出了在S195柴油机上的试验结果。试验表明,新型结构设计能明显改善高负荷及超负荷时的经济性。
A new designation for the main chamber of swirl chamber diesel engines is introduced in this paper. A channel is made at the down side of cylinder head in order to make burning gas enter into the concave areas of intake valve and exhaust valve. The experimental results on S195 diesel engine have showed that the engine with new structure of main combustion chamber has better performance obviously in full load and overload.
