摘要
介绍形成碰撞式油束,其头部加一挡块的轴针式喷油器在柴油机上应用的试验研究情况。该喷油器的特点是自喷孔喷出的燃油直接撞在头部挡块上,使之改变射束的方向并产生油滴的二次雾化,以达到加大喷束在空气中的散布面积、提高燃油与空气混合速率的目的。初步的试验研究结果表明,此种喷油嘴应用在涡流室式燃烧系统的柴油机上,可降低其燃油消耗率和排气烟度;应用到直喷式燃烧系统的柴油机上,可取代多孔喷油嘴使发动机良好地运转,但与多孔式喷油嘴的直喷式燃烧系统相比,目前还存在油耗与排温较高的情况,有待于进一步完善提高。
this paper reports that the nozzles with specially designed impinging head applied to diesel engines. The head on nozzle has two functions, one is to change distribution of fuel spray, the other is to make the fuel impinging on the tip have finer atomization.The engine testing results showed that the nozzles used on engine with swirl combustion chamber could reduce fuel consumption and smoke e-mission, meanwhile the nozzles also could be used on DI diesel engine with air intake swirl system to substitute for multi - hole nozzle. compared with the engine with multihole nozzles, the engine with the nozzle with the impinging head needs to be improved in the future because of fuel consumption and exhaust temperature.
