摘要 为了降低涤纶织物的染色温度,实现节能环保,研究了环保型载体C,并优化了染色工艺.结果表明,载体用量0.3 g/L,浴比1∶10,温度105℃条件下的染色效果,与传统高温高压130℃条件下的染色效果相当,载体染色与高温高压染色织物色牢度一致,断裂强力和匀染性略有提升,颜色特征相似. To reduce the dyeing temperature of polyester fabric and achieve energy saving, environment friendly carrier C was studied and the dyeing process was optimized. The results showed that the dyeing effect under the amount of carrier 0.3 g/L, bath ratio 1 : 10 and dyeing temperature 105 ℃ was similar with that under traditional high pressure and 130 ℃ of dyeing temperature. The color fastness of carrier dyed fabric was consistent with the high temperature and pressure dyed fabric, the breaking strength and levelness was improved slightly, and the color characteristics were similar.
