摘要
低碳经济的提出使得长江黄金水道的作用得到了重视.长江各段航道的等级不一,对于长江的通过能力的测算引入OD结构网络模型,将长江上17个港口视为网络模型中的节点,各航段视为网络模型中的连线,考虑与航道通过能力密切相关的航道货流OD结构,建立了以任意起点港和终点港之间货流量为变量,各货流量之和最大为目标函数,航段通过能力、碍航建筑物通过能力为限制条件的OD结构网络模型,来测算长江干线航道通过能力.
The important role is given to the Yangtze river golden waterway by low carbon economy. the Yangtze river paragraphs channel level is different. To study waterway transit capacity, the net- work model is introduced, regarding the ports as the nodes and the legs as the lines in the network model, at the same time; considering the cargo flow OD structure, which is closely related to the channel transit capacity. To measure the Yangtze river waterway capacity, the network model with OD structure is established, in which the cargo flows between arbitrary original point and destination port is the variables, the sum of all goods flows or freight turnovers is the objective function, subject to the leg transit capacity and obstructing transit capacity constraints.
