摘要
目的:饱和脂肪酸是影响人体肥胖的重要因素,研究8周期慢跑运动对饱和脂肪酸的代谢影响,建立肥胖者8周期慢跑运动对饱和脂肪酸代谢的定量分析模型,为预防和治疗肥胖导致的综合症提供依据。方法:以至少有2年早上进行跑步训练的434名8周期慢跑运动爱好者为研究对象,通过一定阶段的8周期慢跑运动训练,测试受测者体内的饱和脂肪酸代谢,分析对甲状腺激素的反馈调节动能,测试时间为1个月。观测通过8周期慢跑运动锻炼后的饱和脂肪酸代谢指数,对比参照组与测试组变化关系,得到数学关系模型。结果:通过阶段性8周期慢跑运动训练,8周期慢跑运动10 min后可以使得胆固醇降低,通过脂肪燃烧,提高体质。经过每天不少于15 min小时的8周期慢跑运动运动,PC-WP均值上升为21.2,CI值上升为39;测试组2经过为期1个月,每天不少于15 min的8周期慢跑运动运动,PCWP均值上升为22.7。结论:通过8周期慢跑运动训练,能有效促进饱和脂肪酸的能量代谢反馈调节,提高饱和脂肪酸的代谢水平,有效增加脂肪燃烧速率,确保身体机能有效运转,确保身体处于健康状态。
Objective: Glycerin three greases are important factors that affect the human body fat metabolism, have effect of aerobic exercise on glycerin three greases research, the establishment of obesity have quantitative analysis model of aerobic exercise on lipid metabolism of glycerol three, provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of obesity leads to the syndrome. Methods: with at least 2 years morning training runs 434 aerobic exercise enthusiasts as the research object, through a certain stage of aerobic exercise training, test subjects in vivo glycerin three fat metabolism, analysis of thyroid hormone feedback regulation of kinetic energy, test time is 1 months. Observation through aerobic exercise after the glycerin three greases metabolic index, comparative reference relation group and test group change, get the mathematical relationship model. Results: through the stages of aerobic exercise, aerobic exercise for 10 min can make cholesterol, by burning the fat and improve physique. After less than 15 min hours a day of aerobic exercise, the mean PCWP increased to 21.2, the CI value increased to 39; the test group 2 after a period of 1 months, every day not less than 15 min of aerobic exercise, the mean PCWP increased to 22.7. Conclusion: through aerobic exercise, can effectively promote the feedback regulation of energy metabolism of glycerin with three fat metabolism, improve the level of glycerin three greases, effectively increase fat burning rate, to ensure the effective operation of the body function, to ensure that the body in a state of health.
