摘要
金属裂纹板广泛应用在钢梁建筑结构中,在建筑体中发挥着连接梁的作用,通过对金属裂纹板抗剪连接梁的弯曲变形预测模拟,定量分析金属裂纹板的抗剪力强度和弯曲变形的关系,对提高建筑体强度具有重要意义。传统方法中对金属裂纹板连接梁的弯曲变形预测采用钢梁动力响应分析的等效单自由度体系方法,预测精度不高,提出一种基于三角形荷载基底剪力特征分析的金属裂纹板抗剪连接梁的弯曲变形预测方法,得到金属裂纹板连接梁的弯曲变形预测模型。实验结果表明,该弯曲变形数值模拟与实际结果相符,设计的金属裂纹板抗剪连接梁,具有较高的抗剪力性,能有效预测和预防弯曲变形压力的作用,提高建筑可靠性。在建筑施工和设计中具有较好的应用价值。
Cracked metallic plates are widely used in steel building structures, play a connecting beam role in building, through the cracked metallic plate shear bending deformation of the connecting beam forecast simulation, quantitative analysis of shear strength of cracked metallic plates and the bending deformation of the relationship, to improve the building body strength has important significance. The traditional method of crack in metal plate bending deformation of the connecting beam is adopted to predict response analysis of steel beam power equivalent single degree of freedom system method, the accuracy is not high, presents a cracked metallic plate analysis based on the characteristics of triangular load base shear shear bending deformation of the connecting beam prediction method. First order vibration mode of component failure probability obtained control, calculate the shear wall edge feature required value and restrained edge, using the geometric relationship or regression method, the bending deformation of metal plate connections get crack prediction model. Experimental results show that the stiffness of numerical simulation and actual results, metal crack version of the design shear connection beam, with high shear, bending deformation effect of pressure that can predict and prevent, improve construction reliability. It has good application value in building construction and design.
