摘要
在滑动轴承轴瓦(或轴颈)表面加工微织构以提升其工作性能是近年来的热点研究内容,尤其是微织构特征对滑动轴承静特性影响的研究更为多见。滑动轴承动特性对于高速旋转机械系统动力学研究是十分重要的影响因素,因此有关微织构特征对滑动轴承动特性影响的研究也是很有必要的。基于采用轴承出口的质量守恒边界条件和动网格技术,建立了基于N-S方程的微织构滑动轴承动特性分析有限元模型,较为详细地分析了微织构形状、尺寸和分布参数对滑动轴承动特性的影响规律,并通过国外的理论分析结果和试验数据对文中建立的计算模型进行了验证。研究结果表明,与其他微织构特征相比,微织构面积率和周向分布位置对滑动轴承动特性系数的影响更为显著;相较于轴承的刚度系数,微织构特征对轴承阻尼系数的影响较轴承刚度系数更为明显。
Recently, setting micro texture on the surface of pad or shaft to improve the performance of journal bearings became a research hot spot, but the researches commonly focused on the effects of micro texture on the steady characteristics of journal bearing. As an important influence factor for the dynamic characteristics of highspeed rotating machinery, it is very necessary to reveal the effects of micro texture on the dynamic characteristics of journal bearing. In this paper, a finite element model for the dynamic characteristics of journal bearing based on NavierStokes equations is built with mass conservation boundary conditions and dynamic mesh technique. The dynamic characteristics of journal bearings with different texture shapes, geometries and locations are analysed and the reliability of analysis model is verified with published theoretical and experimental results. The researches of this paper show that,compared with other characteristics of micro texture, effects of area ratio and circumferential distribution of micro texture on the dynamic characteristics of journal bearing are more considerable and the micro texture has a greater impact on the damping coefficients of journal bearing compared with the stiffness coefficients.
