我国很多城市把园林绿化当做城市经营的一个重要环节,城市绿化取得了很大进展,城市环境质量得到明显提高,市民的环境也得到很大改观。但由于人们没有很好的遵循自然规律和生态环境的平衡关系,引进的外来植物导致了园林植物中有害生物的严重发生,造成了不可弥补的损失。防患于未然,应以"预防"为主,"治疗"为辅。

Afforestation has been considered important in some cities and the urban virescence has achieved unprecedented achievement.The urban environment quality has been improved distinctly.But as the balance connection between the order of nature and the environment has been destroyed,the introduced plants has brought harmful creature and led to serious loss.An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
