滋水清肝饮治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压合并睡眠障碍临床观察

Clinical Observation of Zishui Qinggan Drink on Isolated Systolic Hypertension with Sleep Disorders in Old Age

目的:观察滋水清肝饮治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压合并睡眠障碍临床疗效。方法:将82例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各41例。两组均按老年单纯收缩期高血压给予基础降压治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用滋水清肝饮口服,对照组给予舒乐安定口服。观察睡眠临床疗效及24 h平均收缩压和白昼、夜间收缩压负荷。结果:治疗组41例显效23例(56.10%),有效13例(31.70%),无效5例(12.20%),总有效率87.80%。对照组41例显效10例(24.40%),有效21例(51.21%),无效10例(24.40%),总有效率75.61%。两组显效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后24 h平均收缩压和白昼、夜间收缩压负荷均明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较,差异也有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋水清肝饮可有效改善老年单纯收缩期高血压患者的睡眠障碍,有助于平稳控制血压。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of zishui qinggan drink for isolated systolic hyperten- sion in old age with sleep disorders. Methods- 82 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group has 41 cases. Basic antihypertensive treatment by isolated systolic hypertension in old age was given to The two groups, additionally, the treatment group was treated with zishui qinggan drink orally, while the control group was given estazolam. The clinical effect of sleep, the average systolic blood pressure of 24 h, and the burden of systolic blood pressure in day and night were observed. Results： In the treatment group, 23 cases were markedly effective（56.10% ） , 13 cases were effective（31.70% ）, 5 cases were invalid（ 12.20% ） , the overall response rate was 87.80%. While in the control group, 10 cases were markedly effective （24.40%）, 21 cases were effective（51.21% ） , 10 cases were invalid（24.40% ） , the overall response rate was 75.61%. The differ- ence of the efficiency rate of two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the average systolic blood pressure of 24 h and the burden of systolic blood pressure in day and night were apparently decreased, com- pared with before treatment, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： zishui qinggan drink can effectively improve the sleep dis- orders and control blood pressure stable in patients with elderly isolated systolic hypertension .
