Discussion on the Institute of Science, Technology & Business(ST&B),ST&B Think Tank, ST&B Studies and ST&B Thinkers

本文提出创建科商学院与科商智库、加强智库平台建设与大力开展科技与商业研究及科商管理研究,并对它们的内涵与必要性、紧迫性进行了论述。对科商思想及科商思想家进行了界定与探讨,说明在知识经济和科技与商业一体化的时代,科商思想家至关重要,应该率先崛起。

The paper proposes to establish ST＆B Institutes and ST＆B thinktanks, to strengthen the construction of think tank platform and carry out ST＆B Studies and ST＆B management studies, meanwhile, it also expounds the connotation, necessity and urgency of them. The definition and discussion of the ideas of ST＆B and ST＆B thinkers are still done in this paper, it believes that the ST＆B thinkers are of utmost importance in an era of knowledge economy and in a time when science, technology and business are strongly integrated, and they should take the lead to sprang up.
