我国纯电动汽车产业化发展制约因素探析

Analysis of the Factors Restricting the Development of Battery Electric Vehicle Industry in China

当前发展新能源汽车已成为世界各国节能减排的重要举措之一。国家出台了一系列扶持政策推进纯电动汽车产业发展,然而动力电池的安全、充换电网络建设规划不足、行业标准不够完善等问题制约着纯电动汽车产业的整体推进。为此,政府应该加大扶持力度,合理规划充换电站网络建设,进一步完善行业标准,制定本土化的关联产业协同发展规划并破除地方保护。

The current development of new energy vehicles has become one of the important measures of energy saving and emission reduction in the world. The country has issued a series of policies to promote the development of battery electric vehicle industry.However, security of battery, charging for electric network construction planning, the industry imperfect standard and other issues restrict the overall advancement of battery electric vehicle industry. Therefore, the government should increase support, planning of charging station network construction reasonably, further improve the industry standard, formulate collaborative development planning of relevant local industry and break local protectionism.
