Thoughts and Imagination on Developing Big Data Industry and Implementing Big Data Strategy in Beijing

本文分析了在大数据产业迅速发展的背景下,实施大数据战略对北京经济社会发展的重要意义,归纳了制约大数据产业发展相关因素,介绍了部分地区发展大数据产业的经验,提出北京应以覆盖全市的高速免费互联网建设和云计算平台建设为抓手,以政府数据开放和市场数据交易为内生动力,带动大数据产业链发展和物联网技术的应用,加快智慧北京建设步伐。

In the context of the rapid development of IT Indusry, this thesis analyzes the implementation of strategy of big data on Beijing＇s economic and social development of the important significance, summarizes the factors restricting the development of the high data industry, introduces the experience of developing big data industry in certain parts of Beijing, proposes that Beijing should take the constuction of high speed free Wi-Fi and cloud computing platforms as the starting point, with an open government data and market transaction data for raw power, thus to promote the development of big data industry chain, to push forward the application of Internet of Things, to speed up the ＂Beijing Wisdom Action ＂
