摘要
采用喷涂技术和真空辅助成型法制备了短切导电纤维结构复合材料,研究了短切导电纤维含量对结构复合材料吸波性能的影响,以及各层厚度对纤维含量梯度分布结构复合材料吸波性能影响。结果表明,短切导电纤维含量减少,结构复合材料样板的反射率值降低,但当含量减少到一定程度时,反射率值反而增大;结构复合材料样板匹配层厚度增加,吸波性能增强,过渡层和吸收层厚度增加,吸波性能反而降低。
Structrual composites with short conductive fiber were prepared using flame plating technology and vacuum assisted resin infusion.The effects of short conductive fiber content on radar absorbing properties of the structural composites were studied.The influences of different thickness on structural composite materials with short conductive fiber gradient distribution in layers were investigated.The results indicate that with the content of short conductive decreasing,the reflection loss of the structural composite plates decreases,but increases while the fiber content declined to a critical value.The performance of microwave absorption increases with the increase of matching-layer thickness and decreases with the increase of transition-layer and absorb-layer thickness.
