MCPA6制备条件优化研究

摘要 以Na OH为催化剂、N–乙酰己内酰胺为活化剂,经阴离子开环聚合法制备铸型聚酰胺6(MCPA6),运用正交实验法以分子量为比较对象考察制备条件。结果表明,影响MCPA6分子量最主要的因素是活化剂N–乙酰己内酰胺用量,其余依次为催化剂Na OH用量、聚合温度、脱水温度及模具保温时间。并在上述优化反应条件时讨论N–乙酰己内酰胺用量对MCPA6性能的影响,获得实验范围内最优化条件:聚合温度为180℃,模具保温时间为30 min,两步脱水温度分别为120℃和130℃,N–乙酰己内酰胺用量为0.2%,Na OH用量为0.6%。 MC polyamide 6(MCPA6) were prepared via anionic ring-opening polymerization with sodiumhydroxide as catalyst andN-acetylcaprolactam as activator.Preparation condition was optimized under orthogonal experiments with molecular weight comparison.The results indicate that the dosage ofN-acetylcaprolactam is the main factor to affect the molecular weight of MCPA6,followed by dosage of sodium hydroxide,polymerization tempreture,dehydratation tempreture and heat preservation time of mold.The effect ofN-acetylcaprolactam dossage on properties of MCPA6 was discussed on basis of optimized condition,getting eventually the best preparing condition within the experiment range as follows:polymerization tempreture 180℃,heat preservation time of mold 30 min,two steps of dehydratation tempreture 120℃ and 130℃ respectively,N-acetylcaprolactam dossage 0.2%,sodium hydroxide dossage 0.6%.
