To inherit traditional business operation and implement famous brand business strategy is the key to success for Hu Yu-mei Brew Food Company. This paper mainly sum up these experiences, including inheriting and developing management thought of "Centennial Brands", applying scientific and technology innovation and strict quality control, paying attention to marketing and carrying out famous brand business strategy, etc.. Furthermore, the paper suggests some countermeasures for taking the advantage of famous brand products and creating triumph forever.
