农村消费市场难以启动的原因与对策 被引量:1

摘要 当前,农村消费市场的启动收效不大,其原因是:农民收入水平低且预期支出增加;收入分流较多,负担较重;适销农村的工业品少;农村消费环境差,制约了农民的消费。进一步启动农村消费市场,要在增加农民收入;调整工业品结构;加快农村基础设施建设;改善消费环境等方面加大力度。 Nowadays the rural consumption market isn’t started effectively. The reason is that the farmers’ income level is low and their expenditure is beyond their expectation;the industrial products are not fit for the country life and the farmers haven’t good consumption circumstances. To further start the consumption market,the farmer’s income should be increased;the structure of the industrial products should be adjusted;the construction of the rural infrastructure should be quickened and the consumption circumstances should be bettered.
