现行考试制度存在诸多问题和弊端。实行考教分离,改革单一的考试模式,取消补考制度,建立考试管理机构,是完善考试制度的有效手段。

There are many problems and setbacks in the present-day examination systems. The effective measures are to carry out the separation of examination from teaching, cancel the make-up examination and set up agency to manage examination and perfect the examination system.
